Alle Frisurenvorschläge seien auf die “Hautfarbe des typischen iranischen Manns, seine Kultur und Religion sowie auf das Islamische Gesetz abgestimmt”, betonte Dschaleh Chodajar, die das Festival organisiert und auch an der Entwicklung der Haarschnitte beteiligt war. Sie fügte hinzu, sie sei “sehr froh, dass die Regierung der Islamischen Republik Iran uns beim Entwerfen der neuen Frisuren unterstützt hat”.
